Account hardening
Use a unique email for your Nexone account. Turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app or a hardware security key.
Enable withdrawal whitelisting so funds can only leave to addresses you approved in a cooling-off window.
Phishing awareness
Attackers clone exchange sites, buy sponsored search ads and DM fake support agents.
Nexone staff will never ask for your password, 2FA code, seed phrase or a screen-share. Always type the URL or use a bookmark.
Device hygiene
Keep your OS and browser patched. Use anti-malware on Windows. Avoid installing browser extensions you don't trust — malicious extensions can rewrite addresses on the fly.
For high-value trading, use a dedicated device or browser profile.
Wallet security
Never enter your seed phrase into a website. Verify hardware-wallet firmware from the manufacturer directly. Practise recovery on a spare device before you need it.
Social engineering
Attackers pose as customer support, journalists, recruiters or long-lost partners. Any conversation that ends with 'send crypto' or 'verify your wallet' is a scam.
If something goes wrong
Contact Nexone support immediately from a clean device, freeze the account and revoke sessions. Speed matters — many attacks include an automated withdrawal within minutes.
