User Agreement

This User Agreement forms a binding contract between you and Nexone covering the practical use of your account.

1. Formation of the Agreement

1.1Nexone shall apply the principles of "Formation of the Agreement" in a manner consistent with clause 1. Sub-clause 1.1 sets out the operational expectations, the parties to whom they apply, and the internal controls that support them.
